DESCRIPTION:Update – change of date and location.\nMoved to Stratham Hill Park on Rte 33 in Stratham\, NH and will be one week later on August 23rd.\nLadies and Gentlemen\, \nAfter spinning my wheels with the Navy for two months\, we have two changes to our picnic. First\, we have a date change to 23 August and a venue change to Stratham Hill Park. SHP is right on Rte 33 obviously in Stratham. There is plenty of parking and wide open area for games or baseball\, restrooms\, everything!!!  \nIf you want to come\, great\, just show up. No sign up lists\, no vetting\, no nothing so just show up. We welcome all!! \nSHP is easy to get to. If you coming East on Rte. 101\, take Exit 11 and at the bottom of the exit ramp\, take a left. Security at the Shipyard has given me strict instructions on how to gain entry and if they are not followed\, you will not be allowed into the Shipyard. \n1) You must send me the names of every person in your party that will be attending. \n2) I must have that list completed and delivered to Security 3 weeks in advance of our date. You must send the names of your attendees to me and me only as there must be a tight hold on who is coming and that attendance input is best served by one person only. I must hand deliver attendance list to the Ship yard on 28 July to be vetted. \n3) The name that’s on the list must be a 100% match to the name of every person’s  personal picture ID that has to be presented at Gate 1 for entry. Gate 1 is the only that will be open. If the match is not an exact match\, the person will not be allowed to enter. \nThe government has raised the bar on all military installations and the Navy Yard is a top security post. \nPlease get all you attendees names to me as soon a possible. \nThere is no cost to anyone for our picnic.
