The Detachment is pleased and honored to  welcome Normand Chenard (left) & Maura Corby Sullivan (right), sworn in by Commandant Roland Morin and Chaplain Geoff Corson.
Learn more about our new members and be sure to welcome and encourage them as our newest MCL Seacoast Marines!
Maura served five years of active duty in the US Marine Corp with duty stations in Okinawa, Korea and combat duty with the 8th Marines in Iraq. Maura, like many of us, comes from a Marine family with a baby brother serving with the USMC 2/7 1st Tanks.
Normand joined the Marine Corp in 1996 and served as an MP (Military Police).  He later worked as a criminal investigator in both the Marine Corp and in the civilian world and is recently retired.  After meeting the Detachment at Market Square Days in Portsmouth, NH last month, he was encouraged to join the ranks and we are sure proud he did.  OOOO Rah!
