Department of NH MCL Quarterly Meeting

1. Time: 1100-1500 (11:00 am-3:00 PM)
2. Location: VFW Hall, 143 Court Street, Laconia, NH 03246            
3. Meal will be provided at approximately 1130-1200 by South End Pizza (more to follow as date approaches.)           
4. Beverages: Water and soft drinks provided by the host detachment; Lakes Region Det.
   1. There is a bar in the establishment, but no arrangements were made for a bartender. Consumption of alcohol, shall be a Dept. Commandant decision.

• Notes: There is ample parking in and around the facility.  The function hall has ample tables and chairs, but no A/V support.   Attendees should enter through the function hall entrance. Please RSVP Gerald (Jerry) Haddock, before March 1 with the number of attendees so an accurate food order can be placed.
