Hampton – George Ross McCreary, of Hampton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Partridge House in Hampton, with his wife, Beibei, by his side. He was 85 years old.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember George for a period of visitation on Tuesday, January 2, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Remick and Gendron Funeral Home, 811 Lafayette Rd. Hampton. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home immediately following the visitation at 11:00 a.m. George will be laid to rest with military honors following the service at 12:00 p.m. at High Street Cemetery, 140 High Street, Hampton.
